  • Guard your debit card and card details, strictly keep them under your custody.
  • Sign new card as soon as you receive it.
  • In case your debit card is misplaced immediately launch a complaint on our 24/7 Phone Banking number.
  • Always keep your card in sight, whether you are paying at a restaurant, petrol pump, or elsewhere. Criminals are quick and it takes them just a second to slot your card into one of their skimming devices.
  • Always conduct Point of Sale (POS) transaction in front of yourself.
  • Don’t share your card details and PIN with anyone including your friends and family members.
  • Frequently change your password / PIN.

    1. Avoid using sample password like ABCD/ 1234 / date of birth etc.
    2. Always use complex password, combination of alphabets, numerical digits and special characters etc. like Ad12@b24
    3. Never use same password for all application.
  • Only provide your card details to secured and trusted merchants/vendors/websites.
  • Don’t give your card to others to make payments or to withdraw cash on your behalf.
  • Promptly lodge a complaint with your bank in case your card gets stolen, robbed or misplaced, or as soon as you notice any dubious transaction in your account statement.
  • Memorize 3 digits CVV number written at the back of your debit card and scratch it out to prevent misuse.
  • Don’t leave your card unattended in a public place. Keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
  • During Point of sale (POS) transaction, don’t allow the merchant to make a photocopy of the reverse side of your debit card.
