Financial Institutions Division’s major function is to establish correspondent banking relationship with the domestic as well as international banks to facilitate and growth of Import, Export, Guarantee and Remittance business of the bank. FID plays a central role of support center between our bank and correspondent bank to assist any matter related to Trade Operations and Remittances.

We enjoy strong correspondent banking relationships, through which we can cater to our customers’ rapidly growing trade finance requirements. We are committed to understand business requirements and delivering the services necessitated.

Bank has a dedicated Financial Institutions Division (FID) team looking after correspondent relationships and ensure provision of complete international banking solutions to our correspondents across the globe. We cater to diversified requirements of corporate, commercial and retail clients’ global import and export needs in an efficient and timely manner.

FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)

MCB Islamic Bank has registered itself and obtained Global Intermediary Identification Number (GIIN) for the bank. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) assigned GIIN to our bank is: BXMDDV.00000.LE.586. The GIINs have been published by the IRS on the Foreign Financial Institutions (FFI) List.
