Make sure to conduct all cash deposit transactions at bank cash counter only.
Ensure to check Bank’s CASH RECEIVED stamp & signature on deposit slip before leaving the counter.
Check cash deposit status in your bank account after depositing cash.
Never accept help from stranger(s) to count your cash.
In order to avoid becoming a victim of fake or cancelled payment orders / demand draft/ banker’s cheques etc. frauds, confirm instruments details from the concerned bank / branch of issuing banks before accepting any instrument(s) against any transaction(s).
Review bank statement and transactions status regularly. Notify the bank immediately, in case of any difference or any suspicious transaction in the account.
