If you notice anything unusual / suspicious activity about the ATM booth or there are signs of tempering, don’t use the machine and immediately report it at our Phone banking number.
While entering PIN, always block the keypad with your other hand.
Do not share your ATM PIN with anybody.
If your card gets captured or stuck in the ATM, never share PIN or password with strangers, call Phone Banking immediately at 042 111 222 642 for assistance and for temporary blocking of Digital Banking & ADC services.
Keep all transaction receipts safe so you can verify them carefully with bank statements.
If ATM slip is not required shred it properly and throw it in the bin.
MCB Islamic Bank never asks your Debit Card Number, ATM PIN, OTP ID and Passcode.
Never accept help from strangers during the ATM transactions.
Be aware of others around you, if someone is watching you, choose a different ATM.
Please make sure to lock ATM door until completion of necessary usage of ATM.
