Islamic Export Refinance Scheme (IERS)

SBP has introduced this scheme to facilitate the export oriented businesses to extend the financing facilities at a concessionary rate of profit / financing.

The subsidized / low profit rate is part of the Government’s policy to offer various incentives to boost the country’s exports. MCB Islamic provides this facility for Short term financing under:

Islamic Long Term Financing Facility (ILTFF)

SBP has introduced this Islamic Long term financing facility to facilitate exporters for purchase of imported or locally manufactured new plant and machinery for their export oriented projects.

Islamic Financing Facility for Renewable Energy (IFRE)

SBP has introduced this Islamic financing facility to promote renewable energy projects in the country and will provide concessionary financing for large renewable energy power projects as well as for small scale renewable energy solutions.

Islamic Financing Facility for Storage of Agricultural Produce (IFFSAP)

SBP has introduced this Islamic financing facility to provide financing to customers on long-term basis for establishment, expansion and balancing, modernization & replacement (BMR) of Steel/ Metal / Concrete Silos, Warehouses & Cold Storage facilities for storing agricultural produce and also for purchasing new generators for fulfilling in-house requirements of these projects as well.
