What is a T-PIN?

A T-PIN (Transaction PIN) is a 6-digit code you set in the Subuk App at the time of registration to authorize transactions such as fund transfers, bill payments, and other transactions.

Why is the T-PIN important?

The T-PIN adds an extra layer of security. Even if someone has access to your phone, they cannot complete transactions without knowing your T-PIN.

How do I set my T-PIN?

  1. During your first login/registration, the app will prompt you to create a T-PIN
  2. Choose a secure 6-digit number that only you know

Once set, you’ll use this T-PIN for all future transactions.

Can I change my T-PIN?

Yes. To reset or change your T-PIN:

  1. Open Subuk AppHub MenuSettingsChange T-PIN
  2. Enter the existing T-PIN
  3. Enter & confirm the new T-PIN
  4. Tap on Change T-PIN button

Your T-PIN will be changed instantly.

What should I do if I forget my T-PIN?

If you forget your T-PIN:

  1. Open Subuk AppHub MenuSettingsForget T-PIN
  2. Verify yourself with OTP
  3. Enter & confirm the new T-PIN
  4. Tap on Create T-PIN button

Your new T-PIN will be created instantly.

Can I share my T-PIN with anyone?

Never share your T-PIN with anyone — not even with bank staff.
