How do I transfer money using Subuk App?

To transfer money, open the Subuk App and tap on the “Send Money” option from the dashboard. You can then choose one of the following methods:

  • Quick Transfer – Send money without adding the recipient as a beneficiary. This is a one-time transfer and requires authentication (such as an OTP).

After confirmation, you’ll have the option to save the account number as a beneficiary for future transfers.

  • Beneficiary Transfer – Send money to someone you’ve already added as a beneficiary. No additional verification is needed for these transfers.

Both options are simple, secure, and convenient!

Can I transfer money to any bank account using the app?

Yes, you can transfer money to any bank account through Raast services.

To make a Raast transfer, you can use the beneficiary’s Raast ID (11-digit mobile number) or their IBAN. Raast transfers are completely free and are supported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

Are there any transfer limits on Subuk App?

Yes, there are two types of limits:

  • Transaction Limit – This is the minimum and maximum amount you can transfer in a single transaction.
  • Cumulative Daily Limit – This refers to the total number of transactions and total amount you can transfer in a day.

Your cumulative daily limit resets every day. You may view your limits through Settings → View My Limits option.

How can I make a donation through Subuk App?

  1. Log in to Subuk App
  2. Go to Hub Menu → Send Money → Donations
  3. Select an organization from the list of approved charities
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Confirm with T-PIN

Your donation will be processed instantly.

How can I view my transfer history?

You can view your transfer history by clicking the Account Statement option on the dashboard. You can see your statement for up to the past three years.

Can I download my statement?

Yes. While viewing your statement:

  1. Tap Download icon
  2. On-screen account statement will be downloaded in the selected format (CSV or PDF) to your device.

What types of fund transfers can I make using Subuk App?

Subuk App allows you to make a variety of fund transfers, including:

  • Raast Transfers – Using Raast ID (mobile number) or IBAN
  • MCB Islamic to MCB Islamic Transfers – Instant internal transfers
  • Self-Transfers – Between your own MCB Islamic accounts
  • Scheduled or Recurring Transfers – Set up future or repeated payments automatically

All transfers are secure, fast, and easy to manage within the app.

How do I transfer funds using the app?

  1. Log in to the MCB Islamic Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap on “Send Money” from the dashboard.
  3. You will see a list of your saved beneficiaries. Select one to transfer money instantly or choose to initiate a transfer to a new beneficiary.

If transferring funds to a new beneficiary, select the transfer type:

  • Raast (Mobile Number or IBAN)
  • IBAN
  • MCB Islamic Account
  • Other Bank (Conventional Account Number or IBAN)
  • Self-Transfer (between your own MCB Islamic accounts)
  1. Enter the beneficiary’s details and the transfer amount.
  2. Review and verify the information.
  3. Confirm the transaction to complete the transfer.

Optional: Initiating a transfer to a new beneficiary is also known as quick funds transfer in which you can choose not to save the beneficiary, but authentication (OTP) will be required.

What is the daily fund transfer limit?

You can transfer up to PKR 5 million per day within MCB Islamic and up to PKR 3 million per day to accounts in other banks.
You can view or adjust your daily limit in the Subuk App.
Open Subuk → Hub Menu → Accounts → My Limits

Are there any charges for fund transfers?

Transfers within MCB Islamic Bank and to other banks via Raast are completely free of charge.

However, if the Raast network is temporarily unavailable or the receiving bank is not part of Raast, the transfer will be processed via 1LINK network, which may incur standard charges.

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed on the review screen before you complete the transaction.

Can I schedule recurring fund transfers?

Yes, you can schedule recurring or future-dated transfers in the app. This feature is useful for regular payments like rent, donations, or family support. Simply use the “Schedule” option while sending money.

How long does it take for the transfer to go through?

All payments are processed in real-time and are usually completed instantly. However, the exact time may depend on the recipient’s bank. In most cases, the recipient will get the funds within seconds.

What if a transfer fails but the amount is deducted?

Don’t worry. In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed within 1–2 banking days as per the standard process. However, you can also lodge your complaint through the app or by calling our 24/7 Phone Banking team at (042)-111-222-642.

How do I know my transfer was successful?

You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation, in-app notification, and SMS/email confirmation with transaction details.

How can I request money using Subuk App?

You can request money from another account holder within MCB Islamic Bank using the ‘Request Money’ option in the Hub Menu.

  1. Go to Hub Menu → Send Money → Request Money
  2. Enter the MCB Islamic Bank account number of the person from whom you are requesting money
  3. Enter the amount and expiry date
  4. Tap Request

How do I approve a money request in Subuk App?

  1. Log in to Subuk App
  2. Go to Hub Menu → Send Money → Pending Requests
  3. Select the request you want to approve
  4. Review details (amount, requester, purpose)
  5. Tap Approve and confirm with your T-PIN

The money will be transferred instantly to the requester’s account.

How can I send money to multiple people at once?

Subuk App makes it easy to send money to different beneficiaries in one go using the Multiple Transfer feature.

  • Go to Hub Menu → Send Money → Multiple Transfer
  • Select the beneficiaries you want to pay and save to add next bene
  • Enter the amount for each person (it can be different for each)
  • Review the total payment summary
  • Confirm with your T-PIN

This saves time when you need to send salaries, family support, or payments to several people at once.
