What is Complaint Management in Subuk App?

Complaint Management allows you to lodge, track, and resolve service complaints directly from the Subuk App without visiting a branch.

How can I lodge a complaint through Subuk App?

  1. Log in to Subuk App
  2. Go to Hub Menu → Help & Support
  3. Select Lodge Complaint
  4. Enter the on screen details and submit

Your complaint will be reviewed by the concerned department and they will contact you via preferred mode of communication to resolve your query/concern.

Can I edit or withdraw my complaint after lodging it?

No, once submitted a complaint cannot be edited. However, you can lodge a new one or call MCB Islamic Phone Banking (042)-111-222-642 for assistance.
