What types of bills can I pay through Subuk App?

You can pay utility bills (electricity, gas, water), mobile bills, internet bills, school fees, government dues, and more through the app.

How do I pay a bill through the app?

Open the app, go to ‘Pay Bills’, select the biller, enter the reference number, and confirm the payment.

Can I save billers for future payments?

Yes. After you pay a bill, you can choose to save the biller. This lets you pay them faster next time with just one click. Saved billers will appear in your “My Billers” list.

How do I know if my bill payment was successful?

You’ll receive and see a transaction receipt on the confirmation screen, which can be saved or shared.

What happens if I enter the wrong consumer number?

Always double-check the details on the review screen before confirming the bill payment transaction. Payments to incorrect billers cannot be reversed.

Can I view my bill payment history?

Yes. Go to Account Statement in the app to see all past transactions with dates and statuses.

What should I do if a bill shows unpaid even after successful payment?

  • Check the payment status in your Account Statement by clicking on the transaction.
  • Some billers take time to update — it may update by the end of the day.
  • If the payment shows successful but the bill is still unpaid, share the payment reference number with the biller’s customer support.

How do I manage bill payment beneficiaries (billers)?

Manage billers for faster and hassle-free payments:

  • To add a new biller:
    1. Go to Bill Payments → Tap Add Biller
    2. Select the biller category (utilities, internet, mobile, etc.)
    3. Enter required details like account/reference number
    4. Tap Save
  • To edit a saved biller:
    1. Go to Hub Menu → Manage Billers
    2. Select the biller → Tap Edit
    3. Make necessary changes and confirm
  • To delete a biller:
    1. Go to Manage Billers
    2. Select the biller → Tap Delete
    3. Confirm to remove the biller

How can I pay my bill using the 1Bill feature?

  • Login to Subuk App
  • Go to Bill Payments / 1Bill
  • Select Invoice-based Payment:
    • Enter the 1Bill Consumer/Invoice Number (usually printed on the bill)
    • Review the details and proceed with the transaction
  • Select Top-up-based Payment:
    • Enter the 1Bill Consumer Number (usually printed on the bill)
    • Review the details and proceed with the transaction
