How can I request a Banker’s Cheque in Subuk App?

You can request a Banker’s Cheque through the app by:

  • Log in to Subuk App
  • Go to Hub Menu → Banker’s Cheque Management → Banker’s Cheque Issuance
  • Enter on-screen details (name, purpose, amount, etc.)
  • Confirm with T-PIN

Your request will be processed, and the banker’s cheque will be ready for collection after printing at the selected branch.

Can I request a one-time Banker’s Cheque without saving beneficiary details?

Yes. You can issue a Banker’s Cheque as a one-time request without saving the beneficiary.

However, for frequent use, you can save the beneficiary for faster future issuance.

How can I manage Banker’s Cheque beneficiaries?

To manage your Banker’s Cheque beneficiaries:

  • Go to Hub Menu → Banker’s Cheque Management → Bene Management
  • Add, edit, or delete beneficiaries just like fund transfer beneficiaries

Saved beneficiaries make repeat cheque requests quicker and error-free.

How will I receive my Banker’s Cheque?

The banker’s cheque will be ready for collection after printing at the selected branch.

You can collect it personally or authorize someone to collect it, as per bank policy.
